This is an all inclusive 4 day workshop in Burgundy, France, with Sylvie Gil and a world class team of top US industry professionals. If you are a photographer who wants to take your business to another level, this workshop is perfect for you!

When is the next workshop?

April 15-19, 2019

How much does it cost?

$4800, which includes 4 nights in the luxurious Chateau De Varennes and all your meals.

What is included?

The investment includes 4 days of learning, beautifully styled shoots by our stellar creative team, lodging at the luxurious Chateau De Varennes and succulent meals prepared by our Michelin starred chef.

Film or digital?

Both.. Sylvie will make her demonstrations with her film camera indoors and outdoors but digital cameras are welcome!

What language is the instruction?

Is this workshop right for me?

Every level of photography is welcomed at this workshop, form amateurs to professionals. We welcome you to read some feedback from our previous attendees.

How big are the groups?

Groups are small - no more than 4 photographers per group with 30 min at each station, so you''ll have plenty of time to shoot and be creative!

Will I be able to publish the images on my own website and social media?

Yes you will, and we can help you get a feature too! All we ask is that you credit the vendors.

Where do I travel to?

The nearest airport is Lyon but you can also fly into Paris and then rent a car or take a train to Beaune. Paris is about 3 hours from Beaune by train or car.  Beaune is beautiful and worth visiting. We are happy to pick you up at the Beaunes train station.

What should I bring?

Your appetite for everything French, as well as a laptop to share your portfolio during our one on ones, cameras, film for photo shoots, and of course your smile.

What will I eat?

Our chef is a-mazing... think 3 course meals prepared by a Michelin star chef. Wine a volonté and deserts to die for. You are welcome to ask for a vegan or vegetarian option, and do let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

What should I wear?

Temperatures are mild but cold or rain are a possibility, so bring comfortable clothing, a rain jacket and a coat in case it gets cold, comfortable shoes for hours of shooting, an elegant outfit for our welcome diner and your dancing shoes!

Can I have my own room?

Oui! You can choose to pay an extra fee for your own room. The Chateau's historic bedrooms are beautiful!

How much film should I bring?

Kodak will give away a few rolls of film to each attendee but you should bring about 30-50 rolls of 120.

Are one on ones possible?

Yes, Sylvie and all other speakers will offer one on ones every day, so be sure to bring your portfolio.

You will be responsible for...

Eating too many croissants, not hurting yourself, and not breaking your equipment.

Is there WiFi?
